If you have been successfully allocated Tickets and payment in full has been received by the FIFA Ticketing Centre, Tickets can be collected from FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre’s (“FVTC’s”) during the operating dates and official opening hours (as indicated below). If you have elected to have your tickets delivered and paid for the service you can expect to receive them via courier, they will not be available for collection at the FVTCs.
As a reminder, please bring all required identification and documentation specified in the FAQs and Ticket confirmation letters when you collect your Tickets. If you have all of the required documents, your Ticket collection will be more efficient.

*From 18th April until 27th April the FVTCs will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays ONLY. It will NOT be possible to collect Tickets, nor consult with any FVTC staff on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
From Friday 2nd May, the FVTC’s will be open 7 days per week during the opening times shown above until the day of the final Match day played in the Venue.
Additional Ticket Collection locations, including some at international airports within Brazil, will be confirmed at a later date.
Please note that FIFA will not make available Tickets for collection at the Stadium on any day, including Match days.
Please note that you can collect your tickets to any match from any FVTC or additional Ticket Collection locations. You do not have to visit the FVTC located within the same city as the stadium where your match will take place to collect your tickets.
All Ticket locations will close after the day after the final Match in their venue.
